Although the style looked nice on my feet, the heel was too broad for me, and the shoe was heavy with stiff leather. I returned them.

I love this brand and have many pairs of LaCanadienne boots. The quality and style cannot be beat. I just happened to find this loafer a bit too chunky for my taste. Did not feel it would be appropriate for my work environment.

Couldn’t get them on my feet. Too narrow. So sad because I absolutely LOVE La Canadienne and have multiple pairs of their boots.

I think this runs true to size in terms of length and a little narrow. I’m normally a 9 or 9.5, but I took a risk and ordered the 8.5 since that’s what was in stock. The width felt good (I have a narrower foot), but my toes definitely jammed in the front.
If the shoe had fit, I still probably would have returned it. It’s very clunky and quite heavy for a shoe. I have some La Canadienne boots, and for the weight and appearance, I’d be more inclined to just wear the boots! That said, the quality on these shoes seems excellent, just one would expect from La Canadienne footwear.
