Monique –
Perfect fit. Favorite La Canadienne boots. Just as comfy as my Ugg boots. Do wish the interior had black fur though. Would love to own these in dark brown.
Barbara –
Fit and size are perfect. I’m really enjoying them! Just what I wanted for the cold weather.

Fit well with room for wool sock since I get cold feet quickly. The shearling lining is important to one with Reyauds condition in feet during winter weather. The tread has improved on the sole of the boot over older versions I wore out. I am pleased, this is well made. Unfortunately Inflation or tariffs have made an impact also from older versions, I have worn out two.
Such is our world today. Shipping was fast.
I have a good warm boots for this year.

The soles squeaked so loudly I returned them. Dealbreaker. Felt like a cat with a bell around my neck announcing my arrival. Otherwise, they fit well and were comfortable. Made me very sad to return such beautiful cozy boots. Also, because of the shearling lining I would say these are casual boots. I wouldn’t wear them with a dress or to the office.

These boots are as described, dry well made. I have worn out my old ones, lasting several years. These boots have improved with better soles, traction, etc. Since I have Reynauds in my feet’s I need to keep them warm in winter and these do the job. Highly recommend these.

Very comfortable and beautiful. The shaft is wider than I thought it would be. It says 15 inches but that’s based on a much smaller size than I have. I was going to return them for that reason but figured I can get it adjusted.

About 10 years ago I bought a pair of la Canadienne shearling boots and from the moment I put them on I was in heaven. Fit like a glove, so cozy and worth every penny. I got these hoping to recreate the experience, sadly they didnt measure up. They looked great, the shearling is plush, but the foot bed felt poorly constructed causing my heel to slide. These boots are just too expensive to have to compromise.

warm, comfortable and stylish.
Amanda –
The boots were very warm and cozy, and were easy to put on with my wide foot. However, they were received with something hard attached to the fur in the footbed. I was able to rip it off and it was something yellow- gross. Not what I’d expect for near $700 boots. The boots didn’t really keep their shape as much as I would have liked and were a bit slouchy. I love La Canadienne boots but these weren’t it.
Amanda –
I love La Canadienne shoes, however I wasn’t a fan of these. The calf area is very snug, which wasn’t a deal breaker. What was a deal breaker was the way they were on- they looked slouchy (and I’m 5’9). I thought they would be a more polished version of an Ugg boot but they weren’t. The lining was a dream, however mine arrived with a hard green sticky thing attached in the lining. For almost $800 boots, I’d expect them to be flawless. Tho I was able to eventually able to forcibly remove the sticky stuff, the slouchy-ness just wasn’t what I was looking for.

I had a similar pair of La Canadienne boots several years ago. These are an upgrade with warm lining and a much more comfortable foot bed. The boot fits my calf and ankle perfectly. Well worth the price as I forsee these lasting even longer than my last pair which I had for nearly ten years.

I can’t say whether I like these or not. My first order of them was “damaged in transit” and my second order has been sitting in the “processing” phase for 4 days. I’m losing hope!

Warm and luxurious sheepskin linings are why I bought these. I wanted something dressier and more age appropriate than UGGs, and these fit the bill. I bought my usually size 8, and they fits great. The calf circumference is a little tight for me, but I am always between a regular calf and wide calf fit. I can get these zipped up over my skinny jeans with some effort. Once on, they’re very warm and comfortable. I do wish they had some arch support, but I walked around all day in them right out of the box, so no break in for me. The soles are soft and easy to walk in. The black suede color does rub off onto my hands, but washes right off after I have put on my boots.

Absolutely love this boot but sadly it arrived damaged. Will attach pics. Will return. Other than that I loved it. I was replacing my Alex leather boot from around 10 years ago (gotta love that). The shaft is taller on this boot as well as the fur is black and not tan. Heel is lower too. I may or may not order another or try a very thin insole in my Alex boots that still are in good shape other than the fur in the foot area.

Fantastic boots. Warm, beautiful, and so luxurious.

I have had these boots for years and they are my go to boots for dressing up in the winter. Stylish, sturdy, easy to walk in and warm! All the things.
