This is my 5th pair of La Canadienne’s. These seem to run smaller than previous pairs and the suede does not feel as soft and flexible as my other pairs have been. My other La Canadienne’s felt like slippers from the first time wearing. These feel like they will require a little breaking in. As with all things….got to cut the cost of making them, right??? I will try them in the next size up.

La Canadienne boots are wonderful. They’re comfortable, warm and fashionable. This is my third pair. I would say these ran a half size small in length, but the width was fine. I usually buy a half size larger to accommodate socks, but this time I ordered a whole size larger (thanks to a previous review) and they fit perfectly. In spite of the heel, these are very comfortable for walking around in all day. I also like that they are waterproof. You can literally walk through a deep puddle and the water just runs right off them. I especially liked that Zappos had them on sale! Thank you Zappos!

Very stiff out of the box, would probably need a break in period. But not sure that would help with the length or width. Love the style, but sadly returning.
