At Canadienne Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium footwear and apparel purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, all footwear (Boots, Clogs, Flats, Heels, Loafers, Oxfords, Sandals, Sneakers & Athletic Shoes) must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- All items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Original proof of purchase must be included
- Final sale items (marked as such on product page) cannot be returned or exchanged
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original invoice or packing slip.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-10 business days)
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Processing time is typically 1-2 business days after we receive your return
- You will receive tracking information for your exchange shipment

International Returns
For our international customers outside North America:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued in USD
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
