Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for international returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Canadienne Shop purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)
- Footwear that shows signs of wear or lacks original packaging/tags (for hygiene reasons)
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase must be included
- Footwear must be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item details you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
- Package your return securely in original packaging with all tags and include the original invoice

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We cover the cost of shipping your replacement item
- Processing typically takes 1-2 business days after we receive your return
- You’ll receive tracking information for your exchange shipment
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
