Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for international returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Canadienne Shop purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)
  • Footwear that shows signs of wear or lacks original packaging/tags (for hygiene reasons)

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase must be included
  • Footwear must be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

    • Item details you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
  3. Package your return securely in original packaging with all tags and include the original invoice
  4. Ship your return to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We cover the cost of shipping your replacement item
  • Processing typically takes 1-2 business days after we receive your return
  • You’ll receive tracking information for your exchange shipment

Damaged or Defective Items
